Everything for a complete security and network installation: IP cameras, analog HDTVI cameras, NVR and DVR recorders, PoE switches and network equipment, UPS backup power, and surveillance-grade hard drives. Currently 1,189 camera and recorder products are listed, out of 3,240 in total.

Do you speak English?
Yes. Call, email or message us on LINE (@prowin) in English and we will reply quickly during office hours, Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 Bangkok time.
I do not know which cameras I need. Can you help?
That is what we do best. Send us a photo of the building, a floor plan, or simply tell us how many doors and entrances you have. We will tell you exactly what to buy and what you do not need, then send a written quotation.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We are an authorised distributor and supply only official stock, so the manufacturer warranty is valid in Thailand. We do not sell grey imports. If a unit fails within warranty we handle the claim for you.
Do you deliver outside Bangkok?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Orders placed during office hours normally ship within 1–2 working days.
Do you install, or only sell equipment?
Both. We supply equipment to customers who already have their own technician, and we also design and install complete systems with a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Can I get a formal quotation and tax invoice in English?
Yes. We issue a written quotation, tax invoice and warranty documents, and can prepare them in English if you need them for your company or head office.
Can I view the cameras from my phone when I am abroad?
Yes. All the systems we supply support remote viewing on a mobile app, and we help you set it up.
What happens if something stops working later?
Contact us on the same phone number or LINE account. Our team responds to reported problems within 24 hours.
Do you supply factories and offices?
Yes. We regularly supply factories, industrial estate facilities and corporate offices in Thailand, including Japanese-owned plants and offices, as well as shops, warehouses, restaurants, hotels, condominiums and private homes.
